We try to have the products you want in stock. Most orders are shipped with 24 hours unless custom-built products are involved. When using the RADIO WORKS'™ web store, if an "add-to-cart" button does not respond, that item is not currently available. If you want to order one to arrive as quickly as they are available, give us a call at 1-800-280-8327. If you leave an order with our voice mail system, be sure to include your e-mail address so that we can get back to you if an item is not available or there is some other issue.
If any RADIO WORKS™ product proves to be defective, the defective part will be repaired or replaced, at our option, if returned in original condition within 30 days. Since we have no control over individual product usage or installation, products that fail due to excessive power operation, improper use or installation are not eligible under this Guarantee.
We ship to foreign countries. Shipping to foreign address is often very high and insurance on shipments to some destinations is not available. If you have a shipping preference, we will try to accommodate your request. You are invited to contact us for a shipping estimate.

Domestic shipping is by UPS ground service. Next Day, Second or third day air services are available.
We can ship via U.S. Postal Service (USPS). USPS or other special services. If extra handling is required, a $5 'Special Handling Charge’ may be applied in place of the usual $3 handling charge.
The added cost of packaging materials (bags, boxes, tape, labels, weekly UPS charges, fuel surcharges, etc.) requires that we charge each order a $3 handling charge.
Antennas and wire are heavy items and we build to heavy-duty standards. You may find that our shipping cost exceed your expectations. This is simply because most of the products we build are heavier than what you are used to. For example, our CAROLINA WINDOM® weighs nearly eight pounds or about double what you expect for a dipole or something similar. Our baluns weigh over a pound and when in a shipping box that goes to two pounds or over. Shipping charges are not inflated and the only additional charge we apply is the $3 as a handling charge. There are no hidden costs.
Minimum S&H is $7. The UPS tables are not linear and the first pound is most expensive. UPS charges for a two-pound order will be less than two one-pound orders - and so it goes.
When you enter an order at our web store, shipping charges are given.
VISA and Master Charge, Money Orders, Bank Checks, and personal checks are accepted. On our secure web store, VISA and Master Charge are accepted.
Allow 10 - 14 days for personal checks to clear. If you send your order by mail, allow travel time for your letter to reach us and the shipment to return.
Products are not eligible for return if they have been used or in any way put into service. Antennas, once opened, are not returnable. PRODUCTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR EVALUATION except to recognized writers or by request of a publication.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be received within 10 days of your receiving a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number. Shipping is not refundable unless the product is being returned due to a problem caused by us. Returns will not be accepted unless AUTHORIZED. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. All returned products must be complete as shipped. Products may not be returned without a copy of the original sales slip.
